A tool to reitirate actions day after day. [duplicate]

We need a tool that would help us program the unit to turn silent, offline, plane mode, blah blah blah, and to disable notification led (my wife mentionned the Xmas tree in the bedroom the other day) depending on what we program and how we live.
(I know it exists as an app on symbian, but I really miss it and they wont do it until a long time from now).
Situations by Pastilli Labs? For Android, Symbian and N9.
