pinning covers/apps [duplicate]

It would be nice if covers/apps could be "pinned" (eg: settings). they would stay at the same place forever and possibly even restart when closed in order to keep being pinned at the same place. any other app/cover modifications would go around it.

Edit: as a positive side effect, this would also auto-start

Perhaps this should be merged with this? The autostart side-effect would be a good addition.

Since this one is also closed, i'm closing this as duplicate...

Hopefully what we've mentioned here will be taken into account.
