Two apps removed instead of one (after cancel)

Steps:

1. Long tap to go to home screen edit mode.
2. Click to remove one app.
3. Click on cancel notification.
4. Click to remove different app

Result: Both apps are removed instead of just one!

This is after update. I think it worked fine before.
