[GUI improvement] Lock screen bounces after unlocking by double tapping

Inspired by the homescreen change introduced in the 1.0.4.20 update (namely, bounce the view up when when the lock screen is tapped on), I find that it'd also make sense to show the same bounce effect after unlocking the blank screen by double tapping on it (and, of course, when the lock screen is expected to be shown, not in the case of the last viewed app).
It'd be a simple way of getting a quick peek of the battery level/phone signal (just two taps instead of three). On the other hand, this kind of "kinetic behaviour" fits naturally after such a tapping gesture.
PD. I guess this implementation shouldn't be muddied by any set of patented features, but maybe I'm too naif.
