Yes. Some items will be available in the online shop; others through care or their representatives.
Do you have any information regarding a timeline? I am asking specifically because the battery of my handset seems to have been delivered DOA and after approx. 2 weeks wihtout any response or update to my service request (they seem to have problems at care), I am starting to get a bit desperate :-)

It's really sad that you have to tingle with a 3rd party battery that's underpowered and not even made for the phone to have a spare battery for your Jolla. I really can't figure out why Jolla hasn't put any spare batteries in their store yet. They don't have to give them away for free.
Not having any information from Jolla means (to me) that they do not even know if they will be able one day to sell batteries which is really unfortunate. Maybe they wait for some 3rd parties to take that market?!

my speaker broke. i did ask zen desk to send me spare part, i would fix it myself. my jolla is still in warranty. answer: we do not sell spare parts. here is you ticket .please send your phone back. so my conclusion: no spare parts. never
btw. for battery and speakers we did find fitting replacements for the rest when times come you will have to search this forum there might be some bricked ones
Yes, speakers would also be nice too as sparepart mine in broken again :..( And it should be easy to fix your self !!
