Animate Home -> Launcher icon transition

As the title suggests. As the icons move up while you slide your finger it would be nice to have an animation. Something like a delay between the icon rows as they move up (like pulling a loose spring upwards to describe it better). Or anything else the design team can come up to.
IMO something like that doesn't get much in the way. It's just to spice up the interface a bit.
PS. I would like it if the design team communicated more in TJC. :/
