Missing letter "_" on keypad [answered]

My Jolla Accout name has an "_" letter inside.

How shall I enter the account name, if the Jolla keypad has no "_" letter?
Please add all missing letters to the Jolla phone keypad.

I had to use the following workaround:
1. Write the account name into a text file from the PC onto the jolla phone.
2. Open the file with an editor on the Jolla-phone.
3. Copy the account name from the editor into the Jolla Store application.

there is, just click "?123" in keyboard to get the symbol view... above that key (which is now "ABC") is the "1/2" key... which shows you are on the first of two symbol views... click it... and the _ (underline char) is in the 2nd row from top the 4th key from the left.

On Nokia N9 all you need to do is just press and hold "f". So simple.

Kontio has answered this very well.

But the actual issue here is UI elements' inconsistency. 1/2 doest have shaded background.. so the user thinks its just another input character on the keyboard.

however its located in the place of shift up-arrow. that is a 'clue' perhaps :)
