Allow peek on hide keyboard

It would be great if the pull down to hide keyboard would function as the normal swipe to minimize or close, so that it gradually dims out when moving the finger down, but if one pulls up again the hide action is canceled, just as a peek would do. That would also add consistency to the hide/minimize/close actions.
