Jollas camera is good for casual shots, but has anybody tested does Jolla work with the Sony DSC-QX10 or QX100? Even through Android support?

Just to add Sony has published an API for people who want to write applications for their cameras. https://developer.sony.com/category/cameras/

Maybe a dev can create an app for that.

Now Sony has launched an alpha-lensmount version of the said device, ILCE-QX1: http://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/interchangeable-lens-cameras/ilce-qx1-body-kit

This looks really nice, and it seems it is possible to attach it directly to a TOH with a bayonet-type mounting, without ugly and unreliable sidestraps!

Now if only the bloody barrel was done by Canon and not Sony I had already ordered the beast... having no alpha-gear yet but cupboards full of EF-mount L-glass... :(
