No "The First One" and "Snow White" ambiances after reset and installing 1.0.5.16 [answered]

After resetting (thus deleting all data) and installing 1.0.5.16 the phone doesn't identify the "other halves", at least I don't have the LE "The First One" and the "Snow White" ambiance installed - and nothing happens. Shouldn't the phone start to download and install the ambiances when attached?

Yes it should. I made a factory reset yesterday and it reinstalled the Snow White right after the jolla store was activated. However, earlier I did have the problem with the identification of my Snow White in the store. If that is your issue, just place a ticket at jollas support.

@ZeiArr: Try with deleting the Jolla Account from your phone and then reactivate it. After restart it should work.

Thanks for your answer. I already contacted Jolla care. I informed my nfc id for them and they did some magig and now my TOH works and I could dowliad the ambience.
