[feature] optional automatic attachment download

I'd like to see switch for this, I don't wan't to download mail attachment automaticly.

Attachments are only downloaded if they are really small, like the entire message is just a few Kb, otherwise they wont be download. Exception for POP3 accounts where is only possible to download headers or the entire messages.
