Fixed icon size in multitasking view

Size of icon is updated in multitasking view depending on running apps. From 4 or less apps, icons are large. For more than 4, icons are smaller to display 9 icons per page.
It should be possible to disable this automatic resizing to always have the same icon size (small, 9 per page) to make this page more readable.
