Built-in loudspeaker distortion

I purchased the Keira Black TOH with new sounds recently. When checking out the new tones at maximum volume level I realized that the speaker actually sounds quite clear but occasionally suffers from pretty harsh distortions for example when the uprising THX-like sound tunes in. Anyone else experiencing the same?
I also experience distortions under high volumes with my white TOH, if I firmly press TOH to the phone it is better (less distortions) - in other words: Is there possibly a vibration problem due to insufficient fixation of the TOH?
