State of the store like button is ambiguous

The like button (the thumb up icon) on application detail page in the store is ambigous. That is, it is hard to guess or remember whether white color means the button is toggled on, or the other way round.

I'm not sure what should be done to make it unambiguous, though... Perhaps add an explanatory label below it. Or change the thumb up icon to something different-looking when it's toggled.

Making the off state much more faint (reducing opacity) would help a bit...

Usually, interactive elements are white, while active/selected elements should be using ambience color, so the coloring is at least consistent (here). However I agree that it is not really intuitive. On other platforms there usually is an addtional label which says "Like" or "You like this", respectively to indicate the current status.
