Map tiles are not refresh on mobile data

when running mobile data, tiles are not always refreshed leading to unusable maps. There are some square holes. Maep app is working fine . I'm running the latest update.

I guess your ISP is Free Mobile, which is known to limit bandwidth for some services. HERE seems to be one of the services they limit, unless people with different providers have the same issue?
