With 1.0.7.11 came the nice folder feature and with it the need to show

  • app titles and
  • folder titles

when you (re-)arrange icons in the launcher. If you tap long on an icon, you can

  • move or
  • delete it

but no titles are shown. Imagine two folders with the same icons (and maybe even the same number of apps inside). Which one is which?

Am I deleting the right app? Should be easier to distinguish than folders if all apps have different icons. However, please show the titles.

Thank you!

original text [Suggestion] Show app title on deleting app

If you tap long on an app to get into the delete app mode, the launcher screen is (sometimes) rearranged (which I personally don't like but can live with) and you must find the icon again. It would be nice to read the app titles here, just to make sure to delete the right app.

@cos, that's true, but this one has considerably more votes so I think we should keep this open (and maybe close the other one instead).

Perhaps an administrator cold merge these questions into a single one.

That would be a good idea, maybe even the votes can be preserved this way.

@cos: Done, but I hope you realize you can do this yourself? Just be responsible.
