[feature-request] persistent data counter

There's already a request on data counter, which asks reset on a specific day: https://together.jolla.com/question/24564/feature-request-data-counter-reset-on-specific-date/
I would like also to have persistent data storage counter, grouped by months, more or less what Android does. This feature would be useful especially since in SailfishOS reboots are a common event, and after counters start from zero.
Thank you for the question, I was not aware that counters are reset by reboot. I agree, they should be persistent.
