Why are some folders hidden when connected to PC [answered]
Hi,
i noticed some strange behavior of the filesystem (or MTP) when i connect Jolla to my PC. Some folders are hidden and some not, but i don't see a pattern.
I wanted to copy an addon to ~\.mozilla\mozembed
but it isn't there anymore. This happend after i intentionally deleted .mozilla
to revert some changes i made. However, the newly created folder doesn't show up in explorer.
If i just take ownage and rights i cannot explain why some files/folders are hidden and some not. Is there any hidden setting?

I would say MTP is intended for simple user data such as documents, therefore I think MTP is configured to just show folders containing such data

or.qmf
accessible. Isn't this kind of a security flaw? I'd like to know how one can dis/enable the exposage of such folder to MTP. Then I'd hide everything with a dot as first char...this post gives little bit more info about that topic
