sim application toolkit

The start symbol for the SIM Application Toolkit is not always displayed. Sometimes it's there, sometimes it isn't. It needs a reboot, sometimes twice to get it on the screen.

Can you explain?

It's the Mobile-ID. If the SIM is capable to store programs, then the SIM-toolkit will be able to run them. Then, the SIM-toolkit should red-flag a symbol on the desktop...

[Bug] When this icon is not visible, you can't change the Private Key or other settings which are stored in the SIM card.
