I use beeline sim-card of Russian operator. http://reviewjolla.blogspot.ru/2014/01/lte-4g-supported-countries-and.html <= it says here "APN fix needed". WHAT IS THIS AND HOW I CAN FIX IT??? I need instructions and not me alone who from Russia!!!!

It means your operator uses a different APN for 4G. You can ask your operator for the APN, that you then have to enter in the Mobile Network settings (long press on the Mobile Data Internet switch). If you're lucky, your operator can even send your phone a message to do the configuration automatically for you, so you won't have to enter anything. Just ask your operator.
