[Submit] Russian beeline operator 4G/LTE mistake

Today i went to the operator and exchange my old sim-card without support 4G on sim-card with support 4G. After change sim-card operator activate LTE mode on my phone number (my internet plan supported 4G/LTE) in beeline network. Then i type 5201# in dialer and wait while not come SMS. When all done i run "csd" command in terminal and check 4G. 4G/LTE WORK FINE !!! And now i have 4G on my phone.

GOOD LUCK WHO HAVE BEELINE SIM-CARD FROM RUSSIA.
