Your security code is 5-10 digits, trial and error. If you cannot remember you have to send it in to have it reset, contact care at jolla.com for that.
Nope, that is the idea of a lock-code, not even Jolla can get your data out of there, but what they can do is reflash with a factory image which has no code set.
