Browser sometimes displays blank page when going back

I have noticed with the recent update that (finally) goes back to the same scroll position when hitting the back button. A white, blank page is rendered which starts to work as normal when scrolling up and down a bit.
I am not 100% sure if I have seen it elsewhere, but certain on the BBC News website.
I have seen this as well and not using BBC website.
