Pulley handle suggestion!

Pulley should have an overlayed movable handle to be always pullable without scrolling to top or bottom. Here's how it should look ;), this is for both top and bottom pulleys.

Maybe there could be a subtle animation with the string ends swaying in the sea breeze.
