Turn Mobile Network off by default or load individual profiles on SIM card change

I wish that SailfishOS would recognize mobile network settings for different SIM cards because I'm not having a data subscription on all of my SIM cards. So on change of the card, it happens easily that I mistakenly make use of mobile data network and get charged for this.
The N9 has different mobile network profiles, so if you change the SIM card, it will not make use of a mobile data network unless you defined it in the settings.
