store install old version

I reset the phone some days ago. Now I got this strange behavior in two installs. I installed program from store, it works nicely but is not the latest version. then it ask me to update it in 1h to 1d and then it is latest

at least sailOTP. I do not remember the name of another app which did that.

i had this issue recently with osm scout server and unplayer.
