Browser needs fade out time for navigation bar [duplicate]

There are webpages that can not be seen correctly, because the bottom navigation bar is always on top, and can not be removed. If I scroll down, it disappears, but then I can not see the top of the webpage, if I scroll up, then it appears, and I can not see the bottom of the page.

I agree for the issue, alternative approach is to implement gesture to swipe navigation bar out of sight like vkb already supports.

Then there should be some way of getting the navigation bar back even if the page can't be scrolled. At the moment on such pages navigation bar is visible all the time and obstructing part of the page.

Maybe that can be handled by triggering navigation bar back on when peaking by side-swipe gesture.
