Recently I have been asked to re-enter the password to my home WLAN. It happened several times a day for a while, which lead me to believe it was related to channel hops by the router. This seems to not be the case as I was asked to enter the password again this morning.

Normally I am not asked to re-enter the password, e.g. when I came home from work yesterday the connection to the home WLAN was established without me having to enter a password.

I don't know what causes it, since the router is now configured to always use the same channel. However, I can not recall having the behaviour before the update to 1.0.8.19.

I get this irregularly as well since 1.0.8.19

I found this question which I think is for the same issue. I do have a repeater/extender at home, and it does use the same SSID.

Unfortunately I didn't find when searching (WLAN + password) before adding my own question.

Chinauser and Strongm - do you also have repeaters? If so, I think this can probably be closed as a duplicate.

Yes, I have a repeater indeed!

I don't have a repeater and have noticed this behavior as well. It does not always happen, but I noticed it's related to having a weak wi-fi signal.
