[Feature-request] Traffic layer for Maps

The HERE maps site, has a traffic layer. it would be useful to have this as well on our Maps app

+1. At the moment the Maps implementation on Jolla is somewhat useless. It's better to use HERE Maps in the browser then installing the app.
