[bug] Multiple notifications for one conversation [not relevant]

Recently my notification area started behaving badly.
When I get consequtive messages in one conversation, they are not "squashed" under one item, but are displayed separately:
@smoku: Could you check if you have multiple accounts under Setting > Accounts?

It was happening with Android notifications but that was excusable as AlienDalvik is not perfect but now it is happening with google chat. I also have two different acounts. One personal gmail and one for my company (google apps email). I am getting a seperate notification for each chat message I am getting.
