Is it okay that I sent my program to the Harbour over a week ago and still have not received any reply? Previous time I got reply after a two days of waiting

Just heard we've had some backend issues resulting in this. We are currently fixing these and it shouldn't take too long, stay tuned and sorry for the inconvenience!
