I wanted to create a new backup of my phone contact but at the moment I can not find the button for the backup?!

As you can recognize in the pictures there is a problem with the UI. In the first picture you can see only the "bluetooth-sync" option in the middle of the picture and in the second one, the "bluetooth sync" is in front of the other options:
