Keyboard feedback and system sounds out from bluetooth audio

Is it necessary to send feedback sounds to the bluetooth devices? I use a Sony BH52 hands-free set and the most annoying thing with it's usage is that Jolla sends all the feedback audio to the device -> disrupted listening of the FM-radio from bluetooth device. Also in some cases with this bluetooth device the audio is sent with wrong bluetooth profile (low quality sound).

you can disable the sounds via settings, but it still sends a silent sound. See https://together.jolla.com/question/39278/bug-car-kit-mutes-radio-while-typing-alltough-keyboard-sounds-are-disabled/
