Allow to choose building number after predictive street name

In maps when you type part of street name it gives you some choisews, it would be nice if user can add building number easily without editing search bar.

I don't think anything is going to happen with the Maps application any time soon. The developer (Appello) of the app announced a few months ago that they are focusing on OpenStreetMaps (which as such is great). So it's possible the native Maps application is going to be rewritten using OSM. There are also some murmurs about a deal with Here Maps for (possible) offline navigation which would also be fantastic, but that won't happen anytime soon either.

Not even my trusted nokia_maps on E71/E72 did this, but it simply is the next logical step after picking the streetname out of a list of suggestions.
