metadata alien dalvik mediascanner [not relevant]

It looks like the metadata for mp3 files, that are read and presented by the mediascanner in android, is read from the folder structure and not the id3 tags inside the mp3 files. Most files in my folder structure is returned without an artist, resulting in "unknown" as artist. It would be nice if alien dalvik also uses the id3 tags, like native apps can do (media for example does show the correct tags)
