Live Help in Vienna Austria? [duplicate]

I am living in Vienna and have a Jolla which makes me unhappy every day I use it. That downloads from Aptoid which should work, never worked was sad, but I have no one to talk to bout that problem. Tough beeing one of the first and having no computer knowledge.
I hoped it would get better , but things went from bad to worse. After I loaded the new update I cannot even answer or wrie SMS any more. Is there anyone living in Vienna who is able and willing to help? Last time i went to a place with computerfreaks which had a lot of comments but no help at all. I really would like to stay with this call phone but not even beeing able to send SMS is not what I expect from a phone. Can anyone help me or should i just throw my Jolla away? I really feel lost! Any answer is welcomed at: andre.deixler@chello.at

I think you should send your phone to Care, it seems like there is something very wrong with it if you have issues like these.
