Cannot receive SMS messages instantly [duplicate]

This is my biggest problem with Jolla currently. Very often text messages that my contact has sent to me arrive/appear only when I call to someone. The time stamp of the messages are correctly in the past when they appear. This renders the phone almost unusable as a communication device.
