if the device is locked. the contents of the message is shown if the notification swipe is done.

the lock is to prevent the contents from reading it. i think it is a bug

You can change this behaviour in Settings -> System -> Device lock. If you uncheck the 'Allow feeds while locked' option, you won't be able to access the events screen and as such won't be able to read any notifications while the device is locked.

Which OS version are you talking about? AFAIK, in Uitukka there should be a switch in system settings that allows you to change this behaviour to your liking.
