Android black screns [released]

I use Viber, sometimes, after quitting the application a black screen remains and there is no way to kill o remove from the main screen :

I'm using Sailfish version: 1.0.8.21

Have to restart the phone, any good idea ?

Which version of SailfishOS are you using? I am still on release 8, and when this happens, I use one of those app to restart alien dalvik, and everything works fine. Check Jolla store or Openrepos, there are many. Probably you will need developer mode enabled, and ssh access as well (restarting the service needs super user permissions).

Did I understand you correctly, after restarting the phone everything is fine, right? It happens to me sometimes with some Android apps.

Yes, when it occurs again, will try the openrepos appl Dalvik Restart.

Seen the same with Skype. (I'm using 1.0.8.21.)

I'm updated to 1.1.0.39 and have the same problem with some apps (performance issues expected with this OS update).

I also find Schturman's 'Home Refresh' from Openrepos is very handy for restarting launcher/home, rather than restarting the phone. I've had no need to use Dalvik Restart, but if it does the job, then all is good!
