Add visual feedback for sync progress

It is highly disturbing to not have a visual effect/notification of what is happening when you sync things from the Accounts page - any visual notification would be nice (some people might like a light running the corner of the screen like the pulley indicator but moving)

UPDATE: I made up my mind and would like to have the light running the corner but just some kind of progress bar would do as well (like the download progress for upgrades)

There's a small circle on the settings cover page while it's syncing but sure, it's only for a wink and hardly visible. Accounts page should show a "last synced 1.1.1970 - 11:55" or similar... :-)

I tried to see that... but missing info on what it has done or not done would be nice too. $user must not need to go to the shell to learn about what happens in a journalctl request
