Add can't accept reason to dialog

I would like to see the dialog element giving some Feedback why I can't accept it if I can't.

For example in the calendar if you create an event and don't have a calendar selected you can't accept the dialog, but it is non obvious why (you manually have to see if everything is entered).

Thus it would be nice to have some feedback as to why I can't accept the dialog.

In some places when you try to accept the required fields will turn red, but yes, is not used system wide yet.
