so....with this new keyboard toh its not possible to use camera unless you slide the keyboard out?? Thats just simply bad design imho. When your on the move and wanna take a quick photo, you really dont have time to slide the keyboard out....and even if you do, its very unpractical & difficult to take your photo that way....

How would you solve it then? Should there be a hole in the keyboard, 2 cm or more in diameter?

isnt the tohkbd hold in place with magnets? u can just take off the keyboard and take a photo. Anyway with the kamera placement there isnt much room for alternatives

No, you're wrong: Camera usability won't be terrible.

Finally you will be able to protect lens from beeing scratched with TOHKBD. It's not just a keyboard. It's also a lid for lens, for which I'm waiting since I start using Jolla... :-)

Why not make a keyboardotherhalf with it's own camera?

Because of the TOH interface (I2C bus). Anything requiring fast data transfers is not feasible. And also camera module is quite thick.

also the price would be higher and tohkbd is already quite the opposite of cheap
