[bug / feature-request] close all tasks / apps should have a remorse timer

When you're in the home screen closing stuff its way too easy to accidentally use the pulley menu and close all of them..

I'm unsure whether this is a bug or a feature request, so i tagged it as both. Sorry if duplicate, i did search and didnt find.

In what way is it way too easy to accidentally to close all applications? The process is: Swipe to the running applications screen, long press, access the pulley menu item, correct? Also, is there an application you use that would have a negative consequence from accidentally being closed?

The assumption is that I am already choosing what apps to close and there's like 8 of them. Then a single accidental pull and they're ALL gone. For negative consequences; 1. Opening a ton of stuff again is annoying in any case. 2. Unsaved texts in tinyEdit = gone (thats a tinyEdit bug maybe, but still), 3. Terminal session in Nth ssh connection or something... very annoying to resume.
