Bug: notification banner prevents swipe gesture [subjective]

After https://together.jolla.com/question/12647/bug-notification-interrupts-peeking-gesture/ got fixed I recognized that I am unable to peek events while a notification banner is active > going online > connected message shows > want to go to presence but phone does not recognize bottom swipe while banner is active

challenge accepted -> banners should never interfere with gestures! They may stay "on-top" visible but not prevent me from using the phone while it is there.

something is off here (my phone), I have xmpp issues and am trying around, after several reboots it takes input while a banner is there, the events view is that what is actually hanging -> other bug
