[Jolla Tablet] Will a flashable recovery image be available ?

On the current Jolla smartphone there is no official flashable recovery image, which complicates low level development and requires expensive shipping to Jolla Care to fix minor issues preventing the device from booting. As the Tablet is based on an Intel SoC and not on a Qualcom one, is there a chance to have an officially available image that users can use to flash their Jolla tablet ?
