[Request] [Jolla Tablet] No glossy finishing Jolla tablet please [answered]

I would like to have a matte finishing Jolla tablet because it will not be scratched easily. Please no glossy surface.

Agreed!
This is also important for the devices longevity. If it is made of aluminum I'd even go as far as to say that it should be colored like aluminum instead of black to make inevitable scratches less visible.

We receive a lot of ideas and suggestions, which we are grateful for, but all of them can't be implemented. We've reviewed your idea and unfortunately it is not something we can implement, at least right now.
However, we will keep all suggestions, and might revisit this decision in the future if we see an opportunity to implement this feature-request in an upcoming product/SW release.

No glossy should also apply to the screen (if it were possible) to avoid reflection in sunlite etc…
