my jolla can't up to date, i don't understand why!? [answered]

i have a connection with wifi and 3g, have connect with account jolla too. phone see apps and new update, but it can't download it! why?
@Caldorano: Might be nice for other people to share what the problem was and how it was solved.

I never realized he primary problem, but suggested that it was in a language, for everything else I checked back a hundred times and changed before restarting

what version of sailfish is running? please describe a bit more in datail what is ahppening and what the Problem is
