Why does aliendalvik.service run as root?

Why not as user (nemo) or some other user to increase security?

The Belgian service provider Proximus is banning Jolla users from its mobile TV service, just because AlienDalvik appears (wrongly) to be rooted: according to them, this raises copyright issues. Okay they are stupid, however maybe we need a stupidity-proof operating system.
