Event Recurrence based on Day of nth week [duplicate]

Hi - I would like the feature of having an event based on the day of the week and that repeats on particular nth week. I guess am not asking for something unique and is a pretty common use case. I remember setting up such events in Outlook and Google calendar. Right now, I believe I have the option of exporting from Google calendar? Haven't tried it yet.

Eg:

• Every 3rd Friday of the Month, we have a community outreach program that caters to medical needs of underprivileged people.
• Every 2nd Saturday is designated for our LUG meeting - ILUGC (Indian Linux User Group Chennai)
• Every 4th Sunday, we have apartment association meeting where all flat owners deliberate on issue. (Ok, I made up this last one ;-))
