[Bug] Android notifications reappear

The notifications from One drive reappear after I delete them. I mean the ones saying "x file dowloaded" and it even shows "just now" when they were downloaded hours ago. I have updated to 9... Don't know if this is about One drive only.
Some here , everytime one android-app got connection to the web, an old error Message 'download canceled' reappears.
